I don't know any other couple in the wedding industry that has as much fun as Shawnee (L'Elegance) and Greg Hammer. Although I've worked with them individually, tonight was the first time we were all together.
I've worked with most of the local comedians at various weddings. And Greg really stands out for this one reason: he is ALWAYS on. Of course, when a performer is on stage the show is on. But Greg is just a naturally funny guy on or off. He never ceases to entertain - even while we're all sitting at the dinner table. You gotta love that. Another thing that I found out just recently about Greg is that the man can SING. No really! We went to see his show at Dave & Busters a few months ago and were blown away. You gotta see it to believe it.
With Shawnee and her girls (kudos to Kari and Melissa) in control, the event came off smooth as silk. From beginning to end, no one felt rushed so both the photographers (Russ and Lynn) and I got all the time we needed to do our best for the couple.
